The Pagosa Springs Community Choir will present a Christmas Concert “Wonderful Christmastime”, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, December 2, 3 and 4 in the High School Auditorium.
The Friday and Saturday, December 2 and 3, concerts are at 7pm and the Sunday, December 4 concert is a matinee at 4pm.
A talented group of nearly 70 singers, the choir members vary in age from teens to seniors and every age between. The choir is directed by Dan Burch and accompanied by Venita Burch. Several of the selections include solos that will warm your hearts.

As in previous years, the concert will be a blend of music styles, all celebrating the Christmas season. The religious numbers include “Candlelight Carol,” “The Little Drummer Boy,” and “Joy to The World.” Secular selections like “Wonderful Christmastime” and “Winter Wonderland of Snow” will also be part of the show.
The Jazz Ensemble will liven things up with “Dig That Crazy Santa Claus” and a medley entitled “Swing Into Christmas.” As is tradition, the concert will end with the “Hallelujah Chorus.” Join us to get your holiday season off to a joyful start.
All concerts are free and open to the public. However, the choir always welcomes donations to help support their music student scholarships and the music programs in our public schools. |
