Deliciously Weird in Durango

Calling all artists to the 2nd Annual Deliciously Weird Art Show!  If you missed it last year you won’t want to be left out on this funky opportunity to express yourself through your artwork!
 
Looking for a venue to display some “not so normal” creations? Well this is going to be the show for you. We are accepting all media and sizes, you are just responsible for getting it here and giving your piece(s) a place in this Deliciously Weird Art Show.  The location of the show is the Durango Arts Center, 802 E. 2nd Avenue Durango, CO. There will be a $40 flat fee for registration, $20 for students.
 
Each artist can submit up to 1 piece. All work is due by February 27 by 1pm.  The show opens in the DAC Gallery at 5pm on Saturday, February 28.
 
‘Deliciously Weird’ is a ONE NIGHT show. It is a chance for you to display and possibly sell some of your artwork, network with other artists in the community and also raise money for a good cause. If you sell your piece great! You take the cash, all of it… If for some reason you do not, please take it home with you later that evening.
 
This Deliciously Weird evening will include:
  • DJ NIKO spinning in the Gallery starting at 5pm.
  • Food and Beverages available in the Gallery and at the Theatre Bar.
  • Performance by Bare Bone Burlesque and the Salt Fire Circus followed by Dance Party in the theatre 7-11pm.
