The Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District and San Juan Water Conservancy District will host a public presentation of the Dry Gulch Project on Monday, February 23 from 6 to 8 pm at the Pagosa Lakes Vista Clubhouse.

The presentation will cover all aspects of the project, including revised future growth and water demand projections, project infrastructure, planned reservoir size, project financing and Capital Investment Fees and plans for reservoir public use.  A question and answer session will follow the formal presentation.

The Districts have worked with project engineers and financial consultants since early October to refine projections of growth, costs and financing.   Following the presentation, the Districts’ Board members, PAWSD staff, Districts’ attorney, project engineers and Tom Pippen of BBC Consulting will be available for the question and answer session.

For more information about the project or for directions to the event, please visit the PAWSD website at www.pawsd.org and click on the “Dry Gulch” link.
