A total of 42 racers turned out for the 4th Fun Race of the season on Saturday, January 30. Fantastic weather and a beautifully groomed Charisma trail-course made for some great racing! Kevin Anderson provided the fastest overall time of the day: 29.54 seconds. We saw quite a bit of competition in the Men’s 41-50, 51-60, and 71+ age divisions, with all top-finishing times under 35 seconds. Continued...

Youngster Liam Off, from Del Norte, posted an impressive time for the Boys’ 9-11 division: 33.72 seconds. On the ladies’ side, the local Pagosians swept the Women’s 61-70 division. Less than half a second separated 1st and 2nd place. Carol Hunt edged out Charlene Stipe in 38.73 to 39.04 seconds, respectively. The Girls’ 6-8 division was action-packed as well, with the top 3 finishers posting sub-50 second times. Del Norte-native Chenoa Off, in the Girls 9-11 division, posted the fastest time of the day of 33.77 seconds for the ladies. Congratulations to winners and all participants!
