'Tempura' Cooking Class
Special to the Post | 3/10/10
Pagosa Springs author and chef Tess Challis will be demonstrating "Vegetable Tempura with Ginger Daikon Sauce" this Saturday, March 13 from 10-12 at Nature's Oasis in Durango. This is a free event, so come by for delicious samples as well as tips on how to make the perfect tempura.

As Tess says, tempura is very easy to make as long as you follow some basic principles and use high quality ingredients.
