St. Pat's Parade Scheduled for Today
Mary Jo Coulehan | 3/17/10
Today, Wednesday, March 17, the Pagosa Springs Chamber will be hosting the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade.  The festivities begin at 4:30pm.

As recently as last Friday, it was not clear whether the Chamber would have a minimum number of entries to make the event happen, but over the past few days, the number of entries has doubled — surpassing the minimum by a healthy margin.

The parade will start at 6th St., continue east on Highway 160 and end at 2nd St.

Participants are reminded not to throw candy but rather to hand it out to the spectators.

Come out and enjoy all the green as prizes will be given out for the Best Overall Entry, the Most Green Entry, and the Most Bizarre Entry.

Questions can be directed to the Chamber of Commerce at 264-2360.
