Author and chef Tess Challis.
Pagosa chef and cookbook author Tess Challis is once again teaming up with local baker Kathy Keyes to offer a Sunday cooking class at the Pagosa Baking Company — this time focusing on "Mediterranean Delights."

Tess Challis, a vegetarian chef and the author of Radiant Health - Inner Wealth, will teach the afternoon class with Pagosa Baking Company owner Kathy Keyes on Sunday, March 28 from noon to 4 pm.

The class costs $65 per participant, and will teach you how to make the following Mediteranean style foods:

Homemade Pita Bread
Creamy Hummus with Zatar
Baba Ganoush
Rosemary-Garlic Pita Crisps
Fresh Greek Delight
Quick and Delicious Zatar Wedges
Orange-Spiced Baklava

The class will take place in the PBC kitchen.  Please wear a hat or scarf, and closed toe shoes.  Aprons will be provided.

What a great way to spend an early spring afternoon — taking care of yourself, making new friends, increasing your baking and cooking skills.

We look forward to seeing you there!
