Great Snow at Telluride
Special to the Post | 1/19/12
Already boasting some of the best conditions in the U.S., another 10 inches of fresh powder fell on Telluride Ski Resort over the last 48 hours, with more in the forecast.

“Telluride has had a snow advantage all season, and this storm is literally ‘frosting on the cake’,” said resort CEO Dave Riley.

The National Weather Service is calling for scattered snow showers on Wednesday and Thursday, with another larger system coming in over the weekend.

With all lifts and 95 percent of lift accessed terrain open, offering nearly 4,000 vertical feet of skiing and riding, Telluride is the place to be this season.
