Pagosa Springs Daily News: Dead Set Against Reservoir Hill Plans

Regarding the proposal to place amusement rides atop Reservoir Hill, I am dead set against such a boondoogle. I think the recent purchase of a used ski lift was travesty.

I am a Archuleta County taxpayer and vote that such a development be terminated as soon as possible.

I am also repulsed by the notion of a Walmart coming to this area. Please do whatever you can to veto or vote down these projects.

I have seen what unbridled development has done to Breckenridge and other ski towns and I do not want that to happen to Pagosa Springs. I would appreciate if the Daily Post would share this letter in public forums; I will be unable to attend future meetings as I will be returning to my primary residence soon.
