Online Voting Instructions

 For the first time ever, the Chamber will have online voting for the Board election.   
•Online Polls will open Wednesday, December 5, 2012 and will be open 24/7 through Friday, January 18, 2013 until 5:00pm
•If necessary, you can submit a paper ballot at the Chamber office during regular business hours beginning Wednesday, December 5, 2012 and ending Friday, January 18, 2013, 5:00pm. 
•Members may also submit a paper ballot at the Chamber’s Annual Meeting on Sat., Jan. 19, 2013.

 Instructions:
1.Go to the ElectionsOnline (click the link to log in and vote). 
2.Enter the Username and Password you use to login as a member on the Chamber’s website.
3.The ballot will appear.  Check the box to the left of a candidate’s name to select a candidate (vote for a maximum of three). 
4.If you’d like, click on each candidate’s name to see their biography and photo.
5.Click “Proceed to Ballot Confirmation” OR “Reset Ballot” to edit your initial choices. 
6.You can go in and out of the ballot and biographies as many times as you would like until you actually vote.
7.Now, the best part – VOTE!!!!!  Click “Submit Ballot” OR “Return to Ballot” to edit your initial choices.
8.We won’t know how you voted; just that you did.  Your votes will be separated from any information which could associate you with the ballot. You will be flagged as having voted and unable to vote again.
