A local computer services company, Raymond Rent-A-Nerd, is promoting their business with a unique giveaway — sure to appeal to local Rockies fans. Continued...
The first lucky winner in the Rent-A-Nerd giveaway was Debbie McAlister — shown here happily receiving her tickets from owner Kurt Raymond. McAlister won a pair of tickets to the Dodgers game on Sunday, May 4. |
Raymond Rent-A-Nerd, Inc. is owned by local long-time resident — and Rockies fan — Kurt Raymond.
"We are giving away pairs of premium Club-level tickets to many of the weekend Rockies games this season," Raymond states. "After the amazing season the Rockies had last year, this season promises to be an exciting next chapter. I wanted to share my excitement with other Rockies fans here in Pagosa Springs by offering a chance to win a quality ball game experience." To be eligible for the drawings, interested fans can sign up for Raymond Rent-A-Nerd’s bi-monthly electronic ‘Nerdletter’ at www.rentnerds.com. A trivia question is posed in the Nerdletter, and a winner is chosen from the correct answers received.
Raymond assures those that sign up they will not be spammed.
"We take spam very seriously, and we help many of our clients with eliminating time-wasting spam. Recipients of our Nerdletter find the tips and advice to be valuable, and they expect to receive no more than one message a week from us." The first lucky winner is Debbie McAlister, who won a pair of tickets to the Dodgers game on Sunday May 4. The promotion will continue through the end of the season in September. Those interested in winning Rockies tickets can sign up here.
