The Archuleta County Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Wednesday, May 14 at 6:00pm in the Board of County Commissioners Meeting Room in the Archuleta County Courthouse. Public comment is welcome and encouraged.

SUBJECT:Presentation for Review and Recommendation of Rock Ridge Minor Subdivision, Pagosa Springs, Colorado
SUMMARY:This is a request to subdivide approximately .24 acres, currently known as a portion of the Rock Ridge Mobile Home Park into 4 townhomes.
LOCATION:72 Great West Avenue, Pagosa Springs, CO; also known as Parcel B,
Lot 1, Block D, Rock Ridge Country Estates.
