All players intending to participate in the assessment should come prepared for basic throwing, hitting and fielding drills, and bring a baseball glove and athletic shoes.
The draft for the 9-10 and 11-14 divisions will be held Thursday, May 15 at 6pm. in Town Hall. All head coaches should attend.
On a related note, due to a record number of participants this year, the recreation department is seeking two volunteer head coaches for this year's coach-pitch division (ages 6-8).
If interested, please contact the recreation office at 264-4151 Ext. 232. Coach-pitch rosters are being finalized and should be available to head coaches in this division early next week.
Games in all divisions will not begin until after Memorial Day; schedules for all divisions should be available by the end of next week. For more information on this year's program, call 264-4151 Ext. 231 or 232.
