The Town of Pagosa Springs is seeking sealed bids on six used vehicles, three from the Police Department and three from the Streets Department.

Police Vehicles
The Pagosa Springs Police Department announces the sale of three used vehicles, via sealed bid process. These vehicles were seized and awarded to them by the Courts as a result of a narcotics investigation and the conviction of the offenders. The vehicles, now titled to the Town of Pagosa Springs, will be advertised in two consecutive issues of this publication.
During the two week time period, the vehicles and accompanying paperwork will be available for examination at the Police Department between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Anyone interested can pick up a bid sheet during those times. Bidders will be allowed to bid on any or all of the vehicles.
Bid sheets, in sealed envelopes and addressed to Assistant Chief Jim Saunders, must be delivered to the reception desk at Town Hall no later than 5:00 pm on July 1, 2008. High bidders on each vehicle will be notified by telephone at which time arrangements for transfer of vehicle(s) and title(s) will be made.
Vehicles offered for bids are sold as is, and have been inspected by mechanics and found to be in good condition. They are as follows:

Street Department Vehicles
 The Pagosa Springs Street Department announces the sale of three used vehicles, via sealed bid process. These vehicles are surplus and no longer needed by the Town. The vehicles, now titled to the Town of Pagosa Springs, will be advertised in two consecutive issues of this publication.
