The Pagosa Renaissance & Pirate Festival held its inaugural event in Town Park in July, thanks to creative energy from numerous local businesses and organizations.  About 450 people attended the two-day event, which featured theater performances, belly dancing, children's games, vendors, and live music.  You can view photos in the Daily Post photo essay for July 22.
